Horn of Plenty

by dovemarie

My cornucopia is a horn of plenty,
Though my stomach has never been too empty
I gather with you today to celebrate this feast
Of flowers, fruit and food,
Filled with hope and every good

As I see the turkey carved,
I think of those who are starved

Everyone should have a cornucopia
Filled with good things
And all blessings

I have filled my horn of plenty
With work and worship, with schooling and friends,
I give thanks for everything God sends

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Thanks to Alveria for artwork.
