100 word short story on a ponder
Violence
by Lulube
I'm sitting on my bed with the laptop warming my thighs. My mind's heavy in thought.
I reflect on the lack of violence that existed when I was a young girl. But, today, there's violence for everyday murders and terrorist attacks on innocent people, such as myself, it makes me sick.
It's as if respect for life has been smothered, then forgotten and sickness has evolved in the masses, to do what they please from what has brainwashed them into believing.
I look at the laptop to start my night-fulfillment of peace; click on Bible and begin to read.
