Taxi Cab Terror

by Liberty Justice

Whoa! My day started really badly. Running late for work, flagged down a taxi, hopped in, and said "Hit it." Drunken idiot started driving erratically, so I screamed, pulled on the door handle and tried to jump out. "Oh shit." "Help!" Rusty door handle broke off in my trembling hands.

Ya'll please help me with this worrisome word count. I counted 50 words, but the "Approximate Word Count" under my story reads "58," so which one is correct? My word count has to be between 48 and 52 words. Thanks so very much!

Well, my old jalopy I've had for years broke down on the hectic road rage streets of New York, so I left it there and flagged down a cab in The Big Apple. Little did I know that I was going to get abducted by this stone-faced drunken idiot.

Stay tuned, because I am going to write a sequel to this short fiction dribble fiction story. Ok?

Well, remember when reviewing that I can only have 48 to 52 word count.
