This work has reached the exceptional level
A Little To the Left of Expendability

Above me, the night's shattered crystal dome

Below, the suck and muscled crawl of sea, while

Couched between, I on cliff-ledge, gape at the feathered weapon's

Desperate plunge with poised arthritic claws

To splash and spoil the mindless peace of one of God's expendables
