Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
...your first Birthday in Heaven

Happy Birthday Mom

Today is mom's birthday; I miss her so

Memories I have, I'll never let go

Mom wanted to live to see ninety-two

God saw fit to give her life brand new



Mom watched over and protected me

There were issues only a mom could foresee

I admired her for she was strict yet kind

She was a loving soul...our hearts did bind



I miss the fun times we had together

She kept me safe, I'll love her forever

Today is especially hard...I know

It's because it is difficult to let go -



I close my eyes, as I picture her face

Her beauty still shines through God's love and grace

Happy Birthday Mom, what else can I say...

Tears flow down my face...here comes "Mother's Day"



Yet still, I grieve...for I know you're at peace -

The love and memories will never cease
