The mission

An aim in life

by DR DIP

AN AIM IN LIFE

Touch the sky with your finger
Put your head above the cloud
smell the air, let freedom linger
Come and say it out aloud

Embrace the day and all its wonder
You know you can, because it's free
Think you can sense the spell I'm under
and the hold this life has on me

Marvel at the Earth we live in
never take it all for granted
cherish this life we have within
a world that has us all enchanted

Look back in time, reminisce the good
Memories are all you have these days
reflection's not a crime and never should
Although those memories can be a haze

So celebrate, the life you're given
if you shed a tear, you are forgiven
you live your life because it's worth livin'
Your attitude is so well driven

Gaze around at Earth before you
erase the memories of what abhor you
marvel at this precious view
The picture's yours, it's what you pursue
