Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
I have an aim

Finger on the pulse

FINGER ON THE PULSE

I've got my finger on the pulse
I've got my ear against the ground
I'm acting fully on impulse
Don't need to make a sound

I've got my head down, arse up
I'm workin against the grain
Got plenty of water in my cup
I'm ready to take on the strain

I'm ready for a challenge
I'll never go and back down
Life can present some hurdles
But they'll never make me frown

Life is one big endurance race
With many blocks in the track
Just remember to keep the pace
And always keep on the attack
