Anger and Rattlesnakes

by patcelaw

To hold on to your anger
because someone hurt you
makes about as much sense as
taking the rattlesnake that bit you
as a pet;
both will come back
to bite you over and over again.

Do away with anger and rattlesnakes,
they'll only bring you more hurt.

I see many today who are holding onto anger. I was guilty of that in my past, but I am keeping anger at bay now, as it is just too painful to drag it back up again. Sorry about the picture, but used it to make a strong point.
