Sarah roughly wiped away the gaudy make up and tears. The cracked mirror reflected a stranger to her. Loud rock music faded as she dusted herself off and gathered her pride. The heavy door and that sad, lonely life slammed behind her as she walked into the cool, sparkling starlight.
