An evaporation device for the dessert

The Evap Trap

by Yvon

Water falling from the sky
Blesses all as days go by
A little trickle here and there
But not a trickle everywhere

Parched and cracked, barren grounds
Are not privy to thunderous sounds
No waters flood these lonely plains
Forsaking clouds filled with rain

A small device could quench a thirst
Drawing air to the depths of Earth
A fan at the surface propels this air
To a cooling chamber way down there

Droplets gather for slippery rides
Cascading down the chilly sides
Water gathers and a pool does form
Without cloud or natures storm

A little pump and liquid flows
Into empty cups the reapers sow
Thirst is quenched refreshing free
A small boy smiles, then laughs with glee

I saw a picture of a device to draw water from desert air. This is a description of that.
