Suitcase by my side
Didn't know where I was going
Wanted to run away and hide

Always looking for a rainbow
Yet caught in a thunderstorm
Lighting always flashing
No rainbows ever born

So I caught a plane to LA
To drown my sorrows there
But her haunting memory
Still lingered in the air

Landed on the tarmac
I took a look around
Thousand different faces
Not a friendly one I found

Guess she was that rainbow
Thought that I couldn't find
Now I'm stuck in L.A.
In a Kona state of mind
