happy poem

the happiness I find

by judester

Cheerfulness, joy,
contentment and peace,
these fleeting pleasures,
too soon, released.

My mother's love
deep as the sea.
That never fades,
it's forever in me.

When I find happy
I hold on tight.
Wrap it around me,
in joyous delight.

Sadness creeps in,
without a sound.
I patiently wait,
for bliss to rebound.
