Sometimes a newbie (usually, just joined FS) will not realize a poem is a contest entry with specific requirements as to syllable counts and rhyming. They will dole out one-star while blasting the author for not writing what they consider poetry - perhaps a long poem, perfectly rhymed and done in iambic pentameter, and filled with poetic devices like alliteration, assonance etc. Sometimes they are mean and I simply mute them ... ;o)
