It's All About You

Time after time
I have this dream of you
Of what makes you so special
Of those little things about you
That makes you the gem you are.

I dream of your intelligence.
In the things you do and say
Of the gentleness you impart
On to those things you touch.

I dream of your beauty.
The perfection that lines your face
Of your eyes that sparkle
Like 'two golden crystals

I dream of your hair.
I feel each dark, richly long strand of it
Your smooth fair skin
Glowing to affirm its tenderness

I smell your fragrance,
Sweetly fresh as the breath of spring
I see your elegance-
The sure way you carry yourself

I dream of the charm in your smile
The warmth of your tender touch
The soothing tone of your voice dazzles me
And assurance in your eyes

I wake up
Only to see you there
That the comfort you give is real
Is then I desire to know
That secret person in your heart
Who sees wherever you look
And speaks whenever you talk
The silent spirit
That surrounds everything about you
