No titles in your work please.

Almost all of you post the title in your work. Whether poetry or story. The site says specifically not to do this.
The picture says: I can read. They are small children. But can YOU?
Maybe not. Or do you like breaking the rules. For revenge, ignorance or bullying?
I really don't understand this at all.
