April Fools Day

Year ago I was so fooled by the nurses in my ward. I never know when it is the first of April. So I am a good one to have a go at.
When I arrived they convinced me that during my night on duty, a patient was admitted in the last isolation room. This got me fuming. There was a whole report about this patient: saying he had some kind of -it is: an infection that I had never heard of.
I asked the nurses how this could have happened, they did not know.
Only when I had the phone in my hand to give the Medical Registrar/Consultant to give him a mouthful, the nursing staff told me that it was the first of April.
