Where are the tears
No Pain
by Walter L. Jones
Trees fill all my thoughts and place me In a garden of hope and love yet to be Anger strikes like blood on the water of time Shallow dreams bent by a man crying wine Dreams set to be free from the hell seen Who of you will set me free Bleed for me wash the trite words of fools as a man you as the king demon rules dancing idols they still agree that's what you get for loving me Cats scream their fence post melody in night-light angels find their way to the sense alley fights can will do a fear of mind lost to hell sent souls dance in the light of flame bent Damned rise from the earth and lick the heals of fate range a place to see all the pain left from a old date clay feet hold so much in word dealt in books read verse found in Greek or Hebrew faded skin almost dead Eden finds the ground sleeping with life dead but sane tree is the gift of will not death just prolonged pain words play the rainbow of promise hope there is for us blood floats on the water seas parted salvation a must Fright so great He sweats blood and we sleep weary yet to come as with most of the kin faith is the image played betrayed kiss it is done story laid in the way carried time is ageless a walk of thirty and thirteen glad to be the winner but sad to be the reason suffered more than a dream God stopped to visit and forgive was not home she was alone Angels took her to a safe place to rest his heavenly home Glory rides the wave but still blood on the water tried Eyes cry for the world net cast free souls of those died A cloud descends and glory shows faith rewarded Eternal life is mine to but claim all is well Warm is the kiss of heaven waiting for me I the man in the Child now see |
