A poem for Maureen

Candle light

by robina1978

I've lit so many candles,
that my supply gets hard to handle.
One night we nearly burned the house down,
if the firemen came, and we nearly drowned.
In this sweet little town.

I also pray every night,
that may be a leading light
But does that help?
Maureen just does self-help.

Maybe the best way,
please God let her decide
where to go.
We and her lovely children like to see her.
