Poem about the sin of pride

All Puffed Up

All puffed up with pride,
good, she believes herself to be
but, if she'd stop and look
she just might see.

She might see how her pride
is driving others away
loneliness will find her
some soon coming day.

My heart aches for her
as I can see her lot
as she gets old
then others forgot.
