Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
in the title

Sleeping

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

In this time that you are sleeping, are you sitting on God's lap?
Do you tell Him how we love you and how much we want you back?

Does God know about our feelings, does He feel our deep despair?
Does He watch us as we hold you, does He know how much we care?

In this sleep that you are sleeping, can you hear us call your name?
Can you feel our love inside you where it always will remain?

Do you listen as we're praying, do you sense our aching hearts?
How we want to know you're with us; how we hate this time apart.

Every moment you are sleeping, God is watching over you
And we'll always watch you with Him, till your sleeping time is through.

Until you wake and smile at us, that is all that we can do.

My friend's little boy went into a coma, he is still asleep. As I was writing this, I was also thinking of Maureen and how her family are feeling. Such sad times all round.
