Pooping a Sonnet (acrostic sonnet)

Prepared to pinch a loaf upon the page
One metaphor that few have yet beheld
Opinions will be that of laughs or rage
Pertaining to the sonnet I expel
Inside me grows a subtle masterpiece
Nutrition for the mind's a priceless tool
Gigantic is the muse that seeks release
As comforting as freshly fallen stool
Should writer's blockage rudely constipate
One finds a laxative that he can trust
Neath any on-line help to fabricate
Now that the work's so close to being flushed
Encouraged to the final key I type
To post this piece is like I've reached to wipe
                                ~
