What happened to the world, is it true the saints were sleeping,
Evil came to crack the door while we were dreaming.

Another day, another death, carnage upon God's children,
A man chooses to end his life, why must he take others with him.

A tear falls, many more shed for humanities fall from grace,
Angels come to spare our souls, lest be gunned down along the way.

God he cannot save us, we are the result of our own freewill,
He meant it as a gift to us, not as a license to kill.

What happened to the world, my heart breaks for the damage we have done,
Hell unleashed, we pulled open the gates, humanity zero, perdition won!
