A poem
The last D-day was the seventieth.
Big celebrations everywhere.
Some happy but more grieving comrades lost.
Why does this occasion have to be stopped?
There are still enough veterans
to justify going further till at least 25 years.
Let's pray this happens.
Let's pray for the lost ones and their families.
