This is a contest entry: tell a story in 50 words. The Russian submarine Korsk sunk with all hands. Pleas to the Russian President were ignored. After the deaths of all men, the nuclear warhead was retrieved. It is easy to see what was more important - the warhead or the men? The submariners were expendable.
