I took a stroll along the beach, inhaling salty air, and listened to the cry of gulls zigzagging everywhere. I felt the sand beneath my toes, warm from the summer sun. Then watching dolphins ride the waves, I wished that I was one. I picked up treasures from the sea the tide had left behind. I felt my worries slip away and peace engulf my mind. Invigorated from my walk, I feel alive once more. And now, I’m ready to embrace, whatever lies in store. |
