Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
An Acrostic

Buffalo Soldiers

Brought wagon trains of settlers
Unharmed through hostile West;
Fought what was then the good
Fight:
Allegiance and
Loyalty
Outwardly expressed.

Suffered same horrific conditions
Of counterparts, but equality never
Loaned to this hued fighter group.
Due to arrogance,
Ignorance and
Egocentricity, no
Respect or positive
Sentiments extended.
