Serpentine Lights

by Helvi2

Mystical ribbons soothingly flow
In cosmic horizons of night
Threading through the Milky Way
With undulating light
Serpentine pathways
Slide through the stars
When sky waves
Rule the
Night

line 6 - 4 syllables
line 7 - 3 syllables
line 8 - 2 syllables

Just thinking of the magic of the Nortern Lights. I've seen them twice in my life, but only faint versions. One was faint green and the other had colors, but even those were worth seeing.

Hope you enjoy my version in this Nonet Poem.
