The past is gone.
Let go and Let God

The past is gone
Today is all you have The future unknown Let go and let God. Feet of clay makes us stay Wallowing in the mire Of 'if only' Let go and let God. We cannot change the past We created our own pleasure and pain What doth it profit a man If he gain the whole world - lose his soul. Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven And all you need will be given you If you have not suffered You have not lived. There is no past - no future There is now - time to act Throw the black dog off your back Let go and let God. |

We all have regrets, losses, pain, suffering. When my physical pain overcomes me I pray for those who are suffering so much more than I. Thanks for reading and learn to laugh at yourself, the universe smiles at a non-resistant person. Thinking of those who are suffering today.
