Perspective

by Judith Ann

Perspective

Perhaps you once held a strong point of view

Even felt justified feeling as you do

Remember your outlook can turn on a dime

Simply because of a sharp changing time

Possibly something that caused you to grieve

Essentially a fresh pattern God is starting to weave

Control has been ripped right out of your hands

Taking your heart, separating the bands

Instinctively you cry out and ask of Him why

Vacuously now you stare at the sky

Ebulliently you move toward a promised tomorrow

Searching for days that are empty of sorrow

Thank you Angelheart for this great piece, In Perspective.

Life often throws a curve ball and knocks us over. It is after these happenings we find perspective has changed dramatically. Things that once mattered no longer have significance. Fewer things take top priority. I find myself in that spot now.
