This work has reached the exceptional level
Spoof (?) on many women drivers

Who's driving the car?

by seewhatimwritingnow

She's goin' ninety miles an hour
and talkin' on the phone
puttin' on her lipstick...
and searchin' for her comb
eattin' a hamburger
drinkin' coffee from a jar
and I just gotta ask
"Who's drivin' the car?"

Who's drivin' the car?
Heaven only knows
She went on 'automatic'
'bout twenty miles ago
She thinks the rear view mirror's
for checkin' out her face
and the seatbelts hold
her shoppin' bags in place

She'll clean the windshield inside out
and never miss a turn
and find the cigarette she dropped
before the seat starts to burn
You see her on the highway
just a'burnin' up the tar
and I just gotta ask...
"Who's drivin' the car? "

Poem of the Month contest entry

Women have been known to do a multitude of things while driving down the highway.. Myself included- lol- but not quite to this extreme. No recording of this. Betty
