only problems
within sight negative views blocking solutions
third world observations
disease, famine poverty and pain
refocused energy
action without words
creates shift
life appreciation reassessment
finding new perspectives
blessings
in need of
counting

Complaining once is okay but dwelling on problems perpetuates the negative state. I believing finding solutions and looking for what is good in life is much more productive. If your feeling down help someone it will make you both feel better.
