Write a horror or thriller story for our Halloween writing contest. Put your readers on edge or terrorize them for this contest.

Your story must be a horror or thriller story. It can incorporate Halloween but that is not a requirement. Creative approaches are welcomed.

One entry per person. New entries only. No Poetry. Minimum length 700 words. Maximum Length 7,000 words. Recommended length 2,000 - 3,500 words.

The winners will be selected by the FanStory.com Contest Committee. A winner will be announced approximately one to two weeks after the deadline passes. The decision is final.

$100 Gift Card To The Winner

The winner takes away a one hundred dollar pre-paid Visa gift card. Second place will win twenty-five member dollars. Third place ten member dollars.
