To Tell the Truth
The topic for this contest is: Some of the kids at school have told your young child that Sanat Claus is not real and he/she is asking you if Santa is real. How do you answer their question without hurting the child. Do you tell the truth or sugar coat it to pacify the child and let them believe a little longer?
Write a story that somehow incorporates the topic. The story does not have to be specific about the topic. But should clearly incorporate the topic into the story.
Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
