The topic for this contest is: ElfQuest
Write a story with a minimum of 800 words in length. Maximum is up to the author.
The story must be in this environment: This group of elves are led by Cutter, and they are in search of other elves not discovered yet. As they move through the world of two moons they discover this creek with a cliff face on one side, along with a waterfall for showers and baths...and a valley or flat land on the other side with trees, branches bent to over lap the creek and a waterfall that flows down the creek where you can just sit in it as it flows...The shore line is covered in rocks so deep that no earth is shown...
Tell me a story (NO POETRY) using this as their base camp...
You must use characters from the story and they have to act like the characters in the story...
Any new characters you put in are totally up to you...

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 16.00 member dollars. There are 10 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 36.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
