Poetry Contest
We simply MUST have a limerick contest!
You know...5 lines, anapestic meter, strict rhyme scheme (AABBA)
Slightly naughty ones are encouraged, but most of all make us LAUGH!
Example:
My husband's an excellent skier;
He can charge down a slope with no fear,
Which is perfectly fine
If it's in a straight line
'Cause he still doesn't know how to steer.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 36.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Saturday, March 14, 2015.
